Keeper's Heart
The Lighthouse Keeper's Heart
She came home to sell her grandmother's cottage. She didn't expect to fall for the brooding lighthouse keeper next door.
Read moreJAE Legacy Press is an independent publisher run by one family — Johan, Anna, and Elias. We write books of our own, and we publish the work of authors whose manuscripts we would be proud to put our name on the spine of.
JAE Legacy Press LLC was built from a simple idea — that a book should earn its place on your shelf. Not merely fill it. We publish fiction that warms the room, non‑fiction that equips the reader, and companions for the learning life.
“Every book we publish is one we would be proud to hand down — to a daughter, to a neighbour, to a stranger in need of exactly these pages.”
Our list grows in two ways. Some of our books come from our own desks — the family writes, edits, and tests the work until it is ready. Others come from authors we've chosen to keep company with, whose voices we trust to sit alongside our own. Different hands, one shared standard — and on every spine, the name reads Legacy.
The letters on our colophon are not a coincidence. Johan, Anna, and Elias — a husband, a wife, a son — are the three hands that choose, shape, and send every title out the door.
An IT professional and systems thinker who builds tools that make complex problems simple — and writes books in the hours between. The engine room of the press.
The first reader every manuscript crosses and the last eye before it goes to print. The tone, the pacing, the moment a book feels ready — that's Anna's work.
The reason the word Legacy sits on our colophon. Our youngest reader, our youngest critic, and the future of this small press.
Every title we publish finds its home in one of six imprints — each with its own voice, its own reader, and its own reason to exist.
